Omar: Everybody, what are we gonnado to make this school better? What could we do to make students believe that this they can be successful by studying here?
Salman: Who are we?
Amir: It's not easy concerning our position.
Azeid: We can't change the system. What we can do only to make sure the program run well with proper strategy and technique.
Sa'id: It seems to me that all managerial staffs are careless. They don't control the staff members. No administration. No preparation.
Sharif: If we build our own program then we try propose it to the director. I think it would be more acceptable.
Omar: Yeah. You're right. Mr. Olean has already done it.
Salman: Really? How did the director respond to it?
Omar: Unfortunately, it was not suitable for this school.
Salman: What?! How come? He is the greatest one in management I have ever met.
Amir: What kind of school is it?
Ilham: I think the problem is the mindset. This school is money oriented.
Omar: Yeah, I agree with you.
Sa'id: But in this era, it's almost impossible to run a school without thinking about money.
Salman: Of course, but it's not the main purpose.
Omar: What if we make a team to build a good system. We're strong if we do it together.
Salman: Yeah, you're right. But, how many of us would join it?

Silent.

Latief: Yes, why?
Ferdian: Mmm... I am just wondering, what make you interested in Islamic school?
Latief: The moral teaching.
Ferdian: But, many Muslims are debating everywhere.
Latief: Rasoolullah forbids Muslim doing that.
Ferdian: But, why are they doing that?
Latief: Because they have no knowledge about Ahlaq, the moral standard of Islam.
Ferdian: Is that Wahabi School or ASWAJA School?
Latief: HAhahahaha... Why did you ask about that? Do you know what wahabi is?
Ferdian: They claim themselves the follower of Prophet Muhammad pbuh; and those who don't agree with them will enter hell fire.
Latief: Muslims who have knowledge about Islam will be wise. So that's why I force my son to study in Islamic school?
Ferdian:  You force him?!
Latief: Yes.
Ferdian: Does he like it?
Latief: Studying about Islam is obliged, it's not optional.
Ferdian: Are you serious?
Latief: Yes. I believe in God.
Ferdian: But, it's not Muslim country.
Latief: But it's Indonesia. Number one in Pancasila is believe in God. Religion must be Indonesian people's priority.
Ferdian: Do you mean all young generations of Indonesian must study about Islam?
Latief: If they are Muslim, yes. If they are Catholic, learn their religions.
Ferdian: You're wrong.
Latief: Do you think Pancasila is wrong?
Ferdian: It's democratic country.
Latief: Yeah, I see. So that's why we are free to choose what we like to be.
Ferdian: Do you realise that your son need to work when he grows up?
Latief: Do you mean those who study religion would be jobless? Don't you see many university graduates are jobless?
Ferdian: Life is competition. I can't imagine those who live without skill.
Latief: God has everything and will never let all mankind in trouble over their capability.
Ferdian: What kind of job he will work later?
Latief: He will become boss, he will hire others, not work for others.
Ferdian: What?!
Latief: It's the era of entrepreneurship.
Ferdian: You're crazy.
Latief: It's me.
